Wolf Super 10bar Cheyenne 50L 3HP 14CFM 230v Air Compressor Review
It can be a long hard decision picking an air compressor as the market these days is flooded with a ton of makes and models and you really need to know your stuff when it comes to selecting the right one for you. I had this issue when picking mine. I had a set of particular needs such as a large tank with around 3 Horse power as I needed to run a sand blaster and some workshop tools such as an impact wrench.
I completed a fair amount of research and set my budget for around £250. I had my heart set on a Wolf air compressor as their tools back in the day were apparently very good and I kind of like the yellow looking tools they produce. I had a few key needs such as the cubic feet per minute and tank size and it also had to be fairly cheap as I'm not using it for professional use.

Wolf Cheyenne Build Quality 4/5
This 50Litre 14CFM Air Compressor is actually pretty large at 44kg. The compressor comes in quite a large box (about the size of a double pannel radiator). It also comes requiring a little bit of assembly as the wheels, and feet require attachment and the air filters need to be screwed in and the oil dipstick pushed into the sump. The joy about this part is that once the filters are in and the dipstick is in place you can fire up the air compressor to tighten the nuts on the wheels (if you buy it with tools)!!! The wolf cheyenne should come with oil pre filled but there is also a little bottle of oil for top ups. I would still check to make sure its filled to the correct level first though. It was also a great surprise to see that the wolf cheyenne was fitted with a 13amp plug as a lot of reviews I had read stated it needed an industrial power supply.
